Job summary

MoneyGram is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to support the Global Affiliate Manager. You will drive partner onboarding, manage DSP/CTV campaigns, and coordinate campaigns across web and app channels. Join a Growth Marketing team and work with Creative, Analytics, Product and other teams globally.

The role requires 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, hands-on experience with the Impact platform, and the ability to operate across time zones within a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in affiliate marketing or affiliate program management, with global focus on US and Europe.
• Hands-on experience with the Impact affiliate platform is required.
• Experience managing affiliate programs across web and app partners.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution and campaign setup.

Responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate program and onboard partners across web and mobile app channels.
• Own operations within the Impact platform including onboarding, tracking setup, campaigns and reporting.
• Support day-to-day management across direct and network partners.
• Monitor performance and seek opportunities to increase brand visibility.
