Qualifications

• 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and SIOP planning.
• Experience in complex, high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Ability to build structure, teams, and processes in evolving organizations.
• Executive-level communication influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy spanning sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and materials management.
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across a global base.
• Build and scale SIOP/planning processes to improve forecasting, inventory, delivery.
• Lead supplier transitions, network stabilization, and operational execution.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and quality to support production and new product introduction.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain organization.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance to support growth.
