Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager for a high-growth manufacturing environment. You will lead procurement, planning, and inventory operations, overseeing BOMs, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires experience in aerospace/defense and managing complex supply chains. You will direct production planning, strategic sourcing, and KPI development while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the Engineering industry, with a proven track record.
• Experience managing direct reports with supply chain and operations.
• Aerospace/Defense industry experience is a must.
• Experience managing complex multi-level BOMs and electronic component sourcing.
• Proficient in production planning, warehouse management, cost reduction strategies, inventory control, and shipping and receiving.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and D-FAR regulations.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency in production planning, warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Manage procurement of electronic components, PCB materials, assemblies, and indirect materials.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability without sacrificing quality or delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and D-FAR regulations in all supply chain activities.
• Forecast demand to ensure availability of products and resources and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve the supply chain.
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to track performance and take corrective action.
• Establish strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff to foster continuous improvement.
