Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead development programs within the Power Systems SBU. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget across domestic and international locations, driving on-time execution and compliance with IPDS phase gates.

You will partner with product management, engineering, certification, and supply chain teams, applying MOS and PMI best practices to achieve program objectives while communicating effectively with leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles.
• Strong leadership, executive-level communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate, implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints.
• Define and implement the program-level MOS.
• Adhere to IPDS processes and phase gate rigor.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, certification, and supply chain to deliver requirements.
• Present program details and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
