Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Colorado is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional development programs across global sites. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and drive on-time delivery through the IPDS framework.

The role requires a proven track record in engineering program management, strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while aligning with product line strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering program management or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of program managers directing work and resource plans.
• Lead Integrated Product Delivery & Support (IPDS) process for programs.
• Own and execute a programmatic Management Operating System for on-time delivery.
• Use PM tools and processes including SOW, WBS, BOE, scheduling and cost management.
• Manage risk across programs and coordinate with functions.
• Communicate complex program management and financial issues clearly to stakeholders.
