Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Ads Creative AI team. You will drive product development around AI-powered creative generation, diagnostics, and optimization for advertisers, creators, and partners.

The role emphasizes understanding generative AI landscape and translating insights into strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in product management, a strong AI foundation, and excellent analytical and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in CS, mathematics, communications, AI, or related fields.
2+ years of experience as a business product manager.
Solid understanding of AI-generated content technologies and LLM basics.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to attribute strategy performance.
Strong logical thinking and structured communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build content understanding capabilities for product understanding, advertiser intent, and audience preferences.
Design AIGC supply capabilities for creative diagnosis and define strategy solutions.
Optimize planning and selection logic for video and image generation to improve quality and delivery.
Create AIGC capabilities for advertising creatives by integrating leading AI models with vertical business needs.
