Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strategic client partnerships as trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute media strategies aligned to client goals.
• Leverage product expertise to activate full-funnel strategies from awareness to performance.
• Educate clients on TikTok products, updates and best practices.
• Analyze campaign data to identify optimizations and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver long-term account plans.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues with Product and Engineering.
