Zusammenfassung

Netflix is seeking a Global Enablement Manager, Ad Sales to design, deliver, and refine practice-heavy learning programs, manager coaching tools, and AI-driven experiences. You will partner with global Sales, Account Management, Regional Enablement teams, and PMM to ensure core consistency while allowing regional flexibility.

You will embed modern learning technology and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives, scaling workshop delivery across UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Media Sales, Enterprise Ad Sales Enablement, Commercial Readiness, Curriculum Design, or Consultative Sales Leadership within CTV, digital media, or ad tech platforms.

• Evolve, scale, and operationalize our proprietary sales methodology across core commercial phases.
• Drive adoption of our evolving go-to-market approach.
• Ensure global consistency while allowing regional adaptation for advertiser dynamics.
