Uber Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Acquisition Operations Manager to shape future-state processes and global standards across Lead, Opportunity, and Deal Management within the Acquisition CoE for Delivery. You will drive data-informed prioritization and ensure end-to-end integration of acquisition activities.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, mentor CoE staff, and help evolve the operating model while navigating global scale and change management.
The Senior Acquisition Operations Manager will be a key leader within Uber’sglobal Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) in Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO), owning theend-to-end design and evolution of scalable acquisition processes across Uber’s Delivery business.
This role operates at thestrategic intersection of process architecture, tooling strategy, and analytics. The individual will define future-state acquisition processes, set global standards, and use data and field insights to prioritize initiatives, inform investment decisions, and ensure acquisition health at scale.

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $162,000 per year - USD $180,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $162,000 per year - USD $180,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
