Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Account Payable Representative, International, to join our Corona, CA team. You will process, validate, and code promotional invoices across distributors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

You'll work with SAP, Vistex, and ERP systems, coordinate with Sales and Finance, handle documentation, and help streamline claims processing while upholding policy and audit requirements in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, data entry and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process distributor invoices according to policies.
• Verify invoice details and collect supporting documents for SAP/Vistex/Sales Force.
• Code and enter invoice data into SAP/Vistex/Sales Force with proper GL coding.
• Identify discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
• Maintain records of processed claims for tracking and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Chain Claims to support business objectives.
