Job summary

You’ll handle invoice validation, data entry, and SAP/Vistex/Sales Force documentation to ensure accurate GL coding and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Math, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, data entry, and account reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process distributor invoices per policies.
• Verify program details and ensure accuracy and compliance; mainly in Spanish.
• Enter invoice details into SAP/Vistex/Sales Force for proper GL coding.
• Identify discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of processed claims for audits and tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to support operations.
