Monster Energy is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead, International to drive accuracy and compliance across claims and payments. You will steer funding for promotional activities, ensure invoices are correct, and manage vendor data in SAP.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AP, 1 year SAP experience, and strong Excel skills; familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI and VIP-PPM is a plus. This role supports international operations and collaboration with distributors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years in Accounts Payable
Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP
Intermediate to advanced Excel; experience with Office 365 tools; SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and VIP-PPM a plus.

Responsabilités

Review invoices for accuracy, complete information, documentation, coding and audit compliance.
Verify outgoing payments match recipient and amount, aligned with SAP records.
Coordinate Chain Distributor funding requests and adjust accruals for promotional costs.
Collaborate with internal/external partners to validate promotional billing expenses and approvals.
Serve as subject-matter expert for Chain Distributor accounts and promotions best practices.
