Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience processing vendor invoices and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel intermediate required.
• Typing/10-key skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process distributor invoices per policy.
• Coordinate with Sales Team for supporting docs and approvals.
• Code and enter invoice details in SAP, Vistex, Salesforce for GL coding and reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and tracking.
