Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
• Full cycle accounts payable experience in an ERP environment; Power BI familiarity preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier setup and validation.
• Maintain integrity of financial data supporting reliable records.
• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Review invoices against purchase orders for quantities, prices, terms, and charges.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks).
• Serve as primary contact for invoice inquiries and discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations to verify transactions.
• Process payment voids, stop-payments, and reissues; resolve stale-dated checks.
• Maintain AP records and documentation per policies.
• Support month-end close activities and accruals.
• Assist with audits and ensure documentation is accessible.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
