Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
• Experience with Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Workday.
• Experience with international accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global processing of AP invoices and expense reports to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Lead ad hoc projects and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Drive processing efficiencies and manage payment runs with vendors.
• Oversee corporate card programs, monthly reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and tax recording.
• Manage multiple AP mailboxes to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
