Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and financial reporting, including consolidation, policies, external reporting, treasury, and governance across 24 locations.
• Harmonize policies, processes, controls, and reporting across merging entities to build a scalable global finance organization.
• Oversee corporate accounting operations; direct internal/external reporting; ensure compliance and strengthen internal controls; develop high‑performing team.
• Partner with finance and operations leaders to standardize processes and support growth in a fast-paced, PE-backed manufacturing environment.
