Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Americas Controller to lead financial consolidation and reporting across 35+ entities for the Americas region. This executive role partners with Finance, FP&A, Tax, IT, and regional CFOs to standardize and automate accounting globally.

The ideal candidate has deep US GAAP expertise, 10+ years in accounting, and proven leadership in multinational settings, with a focus on process improvement, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance roles with 5+ years leading teams.
• 8+ years in corporate accounting; public accounting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing accounting organization (10+ team members).
• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, and U.S. GAAP reporting.
• Direct Oracle consolidation and reporting processes.
• Ensure statutory reporting, internal controls, and J-SOX compliance.
• Standardize accounting policies and processes across global operations.
