Job summary

Tekion Corporation seeks an experienced International Controller / Senior International Accounting Manager to oversee global accounting, reporting, and compliance. You will lead month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and global consolidations across EMEA, Canada, and India, ensuring SOX controls and US GAAP adherence.

Role requires strong communication, cross-border collaboration, and the ability to drive process improvements within a fast-growing, cloud-native automotive tech

Qualifications

• 7+ years of international accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, reporting and compliance for global operations.
• Lead month-end close, statutory reporting, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage global consolidations, FX revaluations, and transfer pricing alignment.
• Coordinate with foreign entities' local accountants for timely monthly reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across entities.
• Mentor international accounting team members and drive process improvements.
