Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior finance transformation leader to advise CFOs and lead enterprise-wide improvements. You will craft strategic direction, oversee large teams, and drive integration projects across ERP and finance platforms.

The role spans multiple U.S. locations with a focus on optimizing FP&A, financial processes, and reporting, while enabling robust analytics and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of management consulting experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience leading/managing a large team.
• Extensive operational expertise in financial planning and analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Experience with finance transformation programs and ERP integrations.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes and leading practices.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage reporting and dashboards.
