Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Americas Controller to manage monthly global consolidation and financial reporting for ~35 entities under TTEC. The role ensures U.S. GAAP compliance, statutory reporting, and robust controls while guiding audits and continuous improvement projects.

The ideal leader will develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team, collaborate across regions, and drive automation to standardize processes enterprise‑wide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, consolidation, and U.S. GAAP reporting.
• Oversee statutory reporting and audits across 35 entities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls.
• Partner with regional CFOs, FP&A, Tax, IT, and Japan teams.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing accounting organization.
