Job summary

Caturus Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to support the consolidated external US GAAP financial statements from the Houston corporate office. You will coordinate with auditors and drive reporting improvements across business units.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting and financial reporting, CPA, and leadership experience, with preference for oil and gas sector insight. On-site role in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• MBA in Accounting/Finance is a plus; demonstrates broader business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, review, and issue quarterly and annual external financial statements and footnotes.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure SEC/GAAP compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the financial reporting team; drive process improvements.
