Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with substantial responsibility for financial reporting and close activities.
• Experience in a Finance Manager, Controller, Accounting Lead, or comparable senior role.
• SAP experience is required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Extensive experience with general ledger, balance sheet management, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analytics).
• Experience coordinating accounting workflows and reviewing the work of finance professionals.
• General understanding of tax accounting and its impact on reporting.
• FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing/industrial/operational accounting experience preferred.

• Lead monthly and quarterly close activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Review journal entries, account analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate accounting activities across stakeholders and review team work.
• Apply US GAAP and support IFRS reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify issues.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses using SAP and Excel.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with operational leaders on financial questions and business decisions.
• Apply tax accounting knowledge in reporting.
