Job summary

You will lead a team of professionals, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain internal controls across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Experience leading a small accounting team and multi-entity accounting
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and audits

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day general ledger activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring timely, accurate reporting
• Prepare financial statements and schedules; ensure compliance with US GAAP and international requirements
• Coordinate intercompany accounting and consolidation across US/UK/Italy and support audits
