Job summary

Flipp is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Manager, Global Accounting to lead key accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting across our multinational organization. You will oversee month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and support audits and compliance.

You will drive process improvements, partner across teams in different regions, and contribute to post-merger integration efforts by harmonizing accounting practices and scalable

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2+ years of people leadership experience.
• CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, chart of accounts, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team and foster a high-performing function.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, strengthen internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to support reporting and system enhancements.
