Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the global monthly close and financial consolidation, partnering with senior finance leadership. You will drive improvements in reporting, controls, and technical accounting across a global organization.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting, 7+ years of progressive experience including people management, and strong US GAAP knowledge. Hybrid schedule with work-from-home flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and global consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global monthly close and financial consolidation process.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, close processes, and accounting controls.
• Support technical accounting projects, including new accounting standard implementations.
• Serve as a key liaison with external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the financial reporting and consolidation team.
