Job summary

3E seeks a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to join our global accounting team. You will own international audit coordination, work with external auditors and internal teams, and drive timely reporting and deliverables.

The role includes supporting month-end close, improving processes, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining controls. US-based, with exposure to global statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Experience managing international statutory audits.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and local GAAP conversions.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of international statutory audits across multiple countries.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and accounting advisors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required financial information and supporting documentation.
• Own monthly close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining financial controls.
