Job summary

3E is hiring a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits in the United States. You will lead coordination of international statutory audits, collaborate with external advisors, and manage the month-end close process across multiple countries.

This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and driving efficiency in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of public and corporate accounting experience.
• Experience coordinating international statutory audits.

Responsibilities

• Own international audits and statutory reporting across multiple countries.
• Support month-end close activities and robust financial reporting.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and automation across global operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
