Qualifikationen

• CPA or CPA track is prioritized for candidates.
• 2+ years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience.

Aufgaben

• Support client onboarding process for assigned engagements per defined process.
• Engage in client acquisition and retention efforts with high customer service.
• Organize and update financial records (digital and physical).
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping entries, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, payroll reviews, and tax returns.
• Collaborate with manager and team to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.
• Prepare year-end audit schedules and assist audit processes.
• Assist in documenting and improving processes affecting financial statements.
