Job summary

AIG is seeking a Global Account Manager to drive strategic initiatives across the global account portfolio from its Jeffersonville operations. You will coordinate with legal, underwriting, claims, finance, product, and IT to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

You will translate business strategies into executable plans, track progress, escalate blockers, and support internal and client-facing updates and KPI tracking across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, operations, program delivery, or similar roles within complex environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in insurance, warranty, or service contract programs is preferred.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Account Manager to support execution of key account initiatives, including program launches, customer experience improvements, expansions, and changes across multiple markets.
• Translate strategies and commitments into actionable plans with defined owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues across functions (legal, underwriting, claims, finance, product, IT).
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables, maintaining clear timelines and documentation.
• Prepare internal and client-facing updates, including QBRs and executive readouts, and track KPIs to measure success.
