Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, operations, program delivery, or similar roles within complex environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate independently and drive progress without constant direction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Global Account Manager to support execution of key account initiatives and program launches.
• Translate strategies and commitments into clear action plans with defined owners and timelines.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues across functions.
• Coordinate with legal, underwriting, claims, finance, product, and IT to align on priorities.
• Prepare internal and client-facing updates, including QBRs and executive readouts.
• Track KPIs and measure success across programs.
