Job summary

Passport is seeking an Account Operations Associate to bridge brands, internal teams, and solutions that drive customer satisfaction. You will report to the Account Ops Manager and help build the team from its inception, focusing on project management and solving cross-departmental challenges that affect the customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize patterns across customer data and processes.
• Own tasks from inception to completion with accountability.

• Well-organized and comfortable using multiple platforms/tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Be the first point of escalation for customer problems and ensure swift resolution.
• Understand supply chain at the shipment level and identify issues.
• Support Customer Success in maintaining high NPS for brands.
• Assist Customer Support in triaging account-level issues.
