Portless is seeking an Account Champion to act as the Operational Architect for top accounts, bridging North American leadership with China & Chicago fulfillment floors. You will translate strategy into scalable execution on the warehouse floor and partner with CS, Product/Services, & Engineering to resolve bottlenecks.

You will lead Tier 1 & 2 merchant priorities, orchestrate real-time resource shifts, and guard SOP/SLA standards toward a scalable, zero-to-one environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or 3PL.
• Native-level English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with Jira, Slack, ERP & WMS.
• Experience with bonded and non-bonded warehouses.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary conduit between North American leadership and China & US FC to translate growth strategy into execution.
• Lead FC floor prioritization for Tier 1 & 2 merchants and optimize resources.
• Own Jira queues and ensure all merchant requests are tracked and resolved.
• Drive proactive, human updates across departments to align global responses.
