Sunset Transportation, Inc. is seeking an International Account Manager to act as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring seamless international logistics execution and exceptional service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and nurture long-term relationships to support growth and retention. You will engage in margins growth through upselling logistics solutions, and you will collaborate with carriers and vendors to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, specifically truckload and LTL.
• Proven success in building and growing customer accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Business acumen and customer service experience.
• Strong salesmanship and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned international accounts from order entry through invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide logistics solutions.
• Coordinate load tenders via API, EDI, Genesis, Email, and FreightLogik with compliance.
• Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment activity, resolve service disruptions, and address supply chain challenges.
• Analyze customer performance, conduct business reviews, identify improvements and efficiency gains.
• Drive margin growth through upselling and cross-selling logistics solutions.
