Job summary

Sunset Transportation, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator in St. Louis to support the Account Manager and team in managing loads and shipments. The role emphasizes strong communication with customers, shippers, receivers, and carriers to maintain high service levels.

You will schedule, track, and audit loads, handle TL/LTL operations, and keep accurate account records in the McLeod TMS, collaborating with teammates to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Your communication skills will be crucial as you interact with customers, shippers, receivers, and carriers, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule, track, and audit loads and shipments
• Communicate load and shipment details to customers
• Manage TL/LTL loads, including quoting and scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate records of accounts using our TMS (McLeod)
• Problem solve with your team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and basic business software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Experience with TL/LTL and familiarity with McLeod TMS is a plus
