Sourceability is seeking a Global Account Manager to own a focused portfolio of top OEM accounts and drive growth across regions. This remote role collaborates with sourcing, sales, and executive leadership to translate needs into a global strategy.
You will engage C-suite stakeholders, map production sites with EMS partners, and craft creative solutions including market balancing and buy‑and‑sell programs. Travel may be required to accelerate impact.
Sourceability® is a global digital distributor of electronic components transforming how modern businesses bring products to market. With innovation, quality and logistics as the backbone of the company, Sourceability’s cutting‑edge products and services expedite the procurement process across a wide range of industries, including communications/cellular, consumer electronics, and auto manufacturing.
We are looking for a dynamic Global Account Manager – Global OEMs to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales team, working remotely from Europe.
As a Global Account Manager, you will own a small number of the world's most important OEM accounts and grow them everywhere they build. Our teams already serve customer sites around the world. Your job is to connect that work into one clear global strategy for each account. This isn't about selling piece parts. Through market balancing, buy‑and‑sell programs with our franchise partners, and creative financial solutions backed by Sourceability's financial strength, you'll diagnose customer problems and bring solutions to the C‑suite that win buy‑in fast.
If you're a problem solver who is tired of selling the same parts to the same people, and you want to build something our competitors can't deliver, this role was built for you.
Our goal is to have a sophisticated team equipped with expert technical skills in addition to keen business acumen. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer.
Sourceability is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry.
Deep account ownership: Own a focused portfolio of around five key global OEM accounts and grow them across every region where they design and manufacture. This role is about going deep in a few accounts, not shallow in many.
Global account mapping: Map every production site in your accounts, both those the customer runs directly and those run by EMS partners such as Foxconn, Celestica, and Flex, and track where the spend actually originates.
Account strategy: Turn site‑specific customer requirements into a coherent global account strategy that opens significant new spending sites and accounts.
Executive engagement: Build relationships at the senior and C‑suite level, and host regular corporate and divisional QBRs within your accounts.
Creative solutions: Bring differentiated solutions to your customers, including market balancing, buy‑and‑sell programs with franchise partners, and creative financial solutions.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with sourcing, sales, and other leadership teams to map accounts globally and mobilize Sourceability's full capability behind each customer.
Influence without authority: Drive action across global sales and business development teams through influence, not formal authority.
Coaching: Coach global business development teams on opening and developing additional sites and accounts within your key accounts.
CRM discipline: Maintain the same CRM and recordkeeping discipline we expect from our business development team.
Global coordination: Work daily with sales and business development teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, and travel when it is necessary and high‑impact.
10 to 15 years of experience in the electronic components industry. Proven experience in a global account role, managing customers across multiple regions. A track record of actively growing accounts, with the ability to explain the specific actions and go‑to‑market approach behind that growth, not just maintaining business someone else built. Experience working cross‑functionally and cross‑culturally within a global organization. Strong understanding of global supply chains, including how OEMs work with EMS and contract manufacturing partners. Ability to diagnose customer problems quickly and present solutions persuasively at the senior and C‑suite level. Proven ability to influence and drive results without formal authority. Strong CRM and recordkeeping discipline. Willingness to travel globally when needed.
Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role An established global network within key OEM accounts that can drive both immediate and long‑term growth. Experience with franchise distribution partnerships, buy‑and‑sell programs, or market balancing. Experience structuring creative commercial or financial solutions for customers. Experience leading executive QBRs at the corporate and divisional level. Experience coaching or mentoring sales and business development teams.
