Job summary

YAGEO Group is seeking a Global Account Manager based in Boise to lead the Micron strategic account and manage global commercial activities across memory, storage, data-center, automotive, and mobile segments. You will drive multi-year plans, coordination across regions, and design-win execution.

The role requires deep Micron knowledge, strategic selling, and cross-functional leadership to ensure supply continuity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Micron experience with global account management and Micron org knowledge.
• Industry experience in semiconductors or related tech.
• Proven success growing major semiconductor or Tier-1 tech accounts and driving design wins.
• Experience with global pricing, RFQs, contracts, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ability to discuss semiconductor systems, power delivery, signal integrity, and roadmaps with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across regions and sites.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and QBR leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global Micron account plan.
• Serve as the primary global commercial lead for Micron; build executive relationships.
• Maintain strong Micron Boise presence and coordinate with U.S. and international teams.
• Drive design-in strategies aligned with product roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across regions to convert opportunities into mass production.
• Own global pricing strategy, RFQs, multi-year agreements, and revenue planning.
• Build and manage a global opportunity pipeline with CRM data integrity.
• Translate Micron requirements into actionable product priorities for YAGEO units.
• Lead high-impact business reviews and technology-roadmap discussions.
• Monitor competitors and articulate YAGEO’s value proposition.
