Job summary

KEMET Electronics Corporation, a YAGEO Group company, seeks a Global Account Manager to lead the Micron relationship from Boise, Idaho. You will own the global account strategy, drive platform-level design-in, and manage cross-functional teams across regions and manufacturing sites to accelerate revenue growth and supply continuity.

The role requires deep Micron knowledge, strategic selling, and the ability to mobilize global teams while maintaining executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Micron account management experience required.
• 8+ years in semiconductor/electronics industry with global responsibilities.
• Proven success growing major semiconductor accounts and securing design wins.
• Experience with global pricing, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to discuss semiconductor systems, power delivery, and product roadmaps with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating US and international teams and manufacturing sites.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and QBR leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global account plan for Micron.
• Serve as primary global commercial lead with Micron executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain Boise engagement and coordinate with Micron teams worldwide.
• Drive design-in strategies aligned with Micron roadmaps and platforms.
• Coordinate activities across YAGEO regions, factories, and partners.
• Own global pricing strategy, RFQs, multi-year agreements, and revenue planning.
• Build and manage a global opportunity pipeline from engagement to production.
