Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an International Account Coordinator in Houston. The role provides administrative and operational support to Sales, ensuring accurate order processing and export documentation, plus post-shipment KPI tracking.

You will handle SAP-based order entry, bills of lading, and coordination with logistics, finance, and customers to maintain data accuracy and compliance with SOX and export regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business or Supply Chain, with 2+ years of experience in the industry is required.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of related export and domestic laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and conduct detailed analysis and provide recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent customer service with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support to Sales, ensuring accurate order processing and export documentation.
• Order entry into SAP, order availability check, quota check, credit check, removal of delivery blocks, delivery note processing, and invoicing for all orders.
• Create picking tickets and bills of lading; review export documents for accuracy; process proformas and invoices; ensure SOX compliance.
• Run reports to manage order shipment status, fulfillment, and business rules compliance.
• Coordinate new customer setup with sales, logistics and credit; manage SAP customer master data.
