• Understand brokers’ business models and tailor communication accordingly.
• Proactively consult with brokers to identify the needs of customers.
• Analyze complex transaction requests and facilitate communication across teams.
• Build expertise in products, markets, and processes to support partners.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.
