Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Accommodations Partner to own the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process for US and global operations, ensuring fair, compliant support for employees and candidates.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on complex accommodation requests and applicable disability law across jurisdictions where Anthropic operates, leading the interactive process with employees, managers, and HR.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the ADA and applicable state disability laws.
• Experience applying that knowledge to accommodation processes and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interactive Process Management for U.S.-based employees and candidates, leading the accommodation process.
• Global Accommodation Request Management outside the United States in partnership with regional teams.
• Handle complex, high-stakes or legally ambiguous accommodation requests with guidance to managers.
