Job summary

Google seeks a Global Accommodations Lead in the Global Benefits and Mobility team to architect and manage the company’s worldwide accommodations program. You’ll partner with Legal, Employee Relations, Accessibility, REWS, and People Ops to implement compliant policies across 65 countries and 400k+ employees.

You will translate disability laws into practical guidelines, drive program improvements, and serve as the escalation point for complex requests, ensuring an accessible, equitable employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of HR/Benefits experience with disability accommodations focus.
• Experience interpreting US disability laws (ADA, PWFA) and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR initiatives and program rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Architect global accommodation frameworks and translate legal statutes into internal policies.
• Ensure policies meet global regulatory requirements (ADA, Equality Act) for compliance.
• Escalate highly sensitive or complex accommodation requests with Legal/Employee Relations.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Benefits, and Legal for seamless employee experiences.
• Drive program improvements, standardize medical reviews, and develop training.
