As the Global Accommodations Lead, you will take on a critical strategic role tasked with leading the organization’s global accommodations program. This role requires deep technical expertise in accommodations compliance, best practices, and strategic program execution. You will be the primary architect for global accommodation frameworks, ensuring policies and programs remain compliant with evolving international legal statutes (e.g., Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equality Act), and partnering directly with Legal and Employee Relations to navigate complex scenarios. This role requires extensive cross‑functional collaboration across Accessibility, Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Legal, and People Operations to deliver a seamless experience and drive best practice innovation aimed at ensuring Google maintains accessible workplace. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
