Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in HR/Benefits with disability accommodations focus.
• Experience interpreting ADA/PWFA and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect global accommodation frameworks and translate complex legal statutes into internal policies.
• Ensure policies meet global regulatory requirements (ADA, Equality Act) for compliance.
• Escalate highly sensitive accommodation requests, partnering with Legal and Employee Relations.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Benefits, and Legal to deliver seamless employee experiences.
• Drive systemic improvements, standardize medical review processes, accessibility tech, and training.
