Job summary

BOND is seeking a Senior Captain for the Global 6500 to lead safe, compliant flight operations and set the standard for crew performance. You will command, plan flights, and deliver a premium experience to owners and guests on every leg.

Ideal candidates bring extensive BD-700 time, PIC authority, and a deep safety culture, with a track record of high-touch service in private aviation.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate and BD-700 type rating required.
• High flight hours with substantial type experience.
• Active medical certificate and radio permit.
• Unrestricted PIC authorization in all required ops.

Responsibilities

• Own flight planning and preflight prep including weather and NOTAMs.
• Serve as final authority aboard the aircraft and maintain command.
• Lead Crew Resource Management and open communication.
• Deliver premium customer experience for owners and guests.
• Ensure compliance with Operations Manual and FAA rules.
• Mentor crew through in-flight coaching and debriefs.

Job description

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

Role Overview

As Captain on our Global 6500, you'll carry full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and professional conduct of every flight assignment, from preflight planning through completion. You'll lead your crew, set the tone for Crew Resource Management, and deliver the premium experience our owners and guests expect on every leg.

What You'll Do

• Own flight planning and preflight preparation, from weather and NOTAMs to aircraftairworthiness and documentation.
• Serve as final authority aboard the aircraft, maintaining command responsibility at all times.
• Lead Crew Resource Management, fostering open communication and collaborative decision-making with your crew.
• Deliver a premium customer experience to every owner, principal, and guest, on and off the aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with BOND's Operations Manual, FAA regulations, and all applicable checklists and procedures.
• Mentor and develop crew members through in-flight coaching and post-flight debrief.

Required Qualifications

• ATP Certificate with a current type rating in BD-700.
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours; 500 hours in type.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Unrestricted authorization to operate as PIC in all required areas of operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• PIC experience in the same aircraft type under Part 91, 91K, or 135 operations.
• 5+ years of UHNW crew member experience.
• 2+ years of international operations experience.
