Job summary

Executive Glass Services, Inc. in Sterling, VA, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to join the project management team. The role supports estimating smaller projects, planning and development, coordination, tracking progress, and timely task completion under the Project Manager.

This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to read drawings, experience with QuickBooks and Smartsheet, and effective communication with contractors and vendors. Full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and estimating smaller projects.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and plans.
• Familiar with AIA submittals, SOVs, and related billing documents.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate/bid smaller projects.
• Enter new jobs into Smartsheet & QuickBooks.
• Read construction drawings and create material schedules.
• Create AIA & SOV submittals.
• Review contracts and manage document filing.
• Support project managers and coordinate schedules.
