Job summary

Iantrek Inc. is seeking a dynamic Surgical Glaucoma Manager to drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across a designated territory. You will develop strategic plans, build strong surgeon relationships, and navigate market access to expand patient access.

The role requires deep ophthalmic sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and a willingness to travel. You will collaborate with clinical, marketing, and training teams to support successful product adoption and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ophthalmic sales and medical devices.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural benefits.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and nationwide when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with market dynamics and goals.
• Develop in-depth understanding of market access.
• Build and strengthen relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff.
• Build physician advocacy within ASCs and Academic training programs; gain access for product use in affiliated centers.
• Work with ASC and hospital administrations to gain approvals for product use.
• Represent Iantrek at congresses, wet labs, and local events.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and training teams to support surgeon onboarding and utilization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline visibility and accountability.
• Deliver on sales goals while embodying company values of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
