Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Experience leading or supervising technical teams in a production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues using data analysis and control charts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technical contributors focused on equipment and process performance.
• Maintain equipment operability and align production schedules with quality and cost objectives.
• Apply data-driven analysis to identify and resolve production and equipment issues.
• Manage department budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and other teams for equipment deployment.
