You will troubleshoot equipment, analyze failures, and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues, while mentoring operators and contributing to SOP improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience, or 7+ years relevant experience.
• Electrical certification or ability to obtain it preferred.
• PLC and industrial automation experience.
• Manufacturing and process control knowledge.
• Experience mentoring or training others.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues impacting safety, quality, and performance.
• Analyze failures using data, signals, and maintenance history to identify root causes.
• Implement long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Support projects, documentation updates, and SOP improvements.
• Train and mentor operators and technicians on troubleshooting practices.
• Communicate technical findings and support change management.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
