Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 1 for the Glass division on the 3rd shift. You will perform assembly tasks, operate hand tools, and maintain material flow while ensuring quality and safety.

This role requires ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods with cross-training across departments. We offer full-time employment with a competitive pay rate of $16/hr plus a $1 shift differential, healthcare benefits from day 1, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measures and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read and interpret basic words/numbers and visuals.
• Operate power tools with PPE and safety awareness.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, lift, pick and pack products using hand tools.
• Maintain flow of material and uphold quality while meeting pace requirements.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Support training of coworkers and participate in continuous improvement.
