Job summary

Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle parts orders, scheduling, and client interactions at our Hot Springs location. You will manage glass and parts procurement, coordinate with different sites, and assist with bids and service follow-ups to meet sales goals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), solid computer skills, and the ability to work well with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to navigate tablet-based technology and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Order glass and parts needed to complete auto and flat service requests.
• Ensure all supplies are kept in stock and verify receipt of parts.
• Schedule and oversee fabrication of products in house.
• Coordinate with locations to receive and place parts correctly.
• Take incoming calls and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Provide bids, follow up with customers, and keep records.
• Complete work orders and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with scheduling and routing of service professionals to meet goals.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.
